Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept insurance and my services are HSA/FSA Eligible.

Florida: I currently accept HSA/FSA and private pay only in Florida.

If your insurance is not listed above, I also accept private pay at the rates listed below.
How much does therapy cost?
With Insurance (Montana only): Your cost will depend on your specific insurance plan’s mental health benefits, including your copay, coinsurance, and deductible.
Private Pay Rates:
- Intake Session (First Visit): $300 (55-90 minutes)
- Follow-Up Sessions: $220 per session (55 minutes)

What states are you licensed to practice in?
I am licensed to provide therapy in Montana and Florida. You must be a resident of one of these states and physically located in Montana or Florida during our sessions to receive services.
Credentials:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida
Do you offer in-person or online therapy?
I offer 100% online telehealth therapy only. All sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
How long are therapy sessions?
- First Session (Intake): 55 to 90 minutes
- Follow-Up Sessions: 55 minutes
The intake session is longer to allow time for me to understand your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a free consultation to help you determine if we’re a good fit. During this brief call, we can discuss your concerns, answer questions about my approach, and determine next steps.

What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What age groups do you work with?
I work exclusively with adults ages 18 and over. My practice specializes in adult anxiety, panic disorder, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and medical trauma.
