From Surviving to Thriving: 4-Week Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Course
Format: Self-paced | Length: 4 weeks
Platform: Notion (with Loom videos + PDFs)
Instructor: Molly McCune, MBA, LCPC, LMHC — Licensed Psychotherapist & University Psychology Adjunct Instructor
Hi there, I’m Molly!
I’m a licensed psychotherapist who has been helping clients heal and grow since 2020. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and complex relationships—and one thing I’ve learned is that healing begins with understanding and education can speed up the process!
Why I Created This Course
My path to mental health work began with profound personal loss. After my best friend died in a car accident, I sought therapy myself—and the experience changed my life. My therapist saw something in me I didn’t yet see in myself… she told me I should become a therapist too!
At first, I resisted. But as I began this work, I realized how meaningful it is to help others turn their pain into purpose. This course is an extension of that mission—to help more people find healing, even if they’re not ready or able to start therapy yet.

About My Approach
This program draws from my integrative approach as a clinician—combining Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
You’ll learn how to:
- Identify and build on your personal strengths.
- Understand the deeper patterns driving your emotions and relationships.
- Develop inner harmony by working with your “parts” instead of against them.
These frameworks help you move from confusion to clarity, from survival to strength—and ultimately, from pain to purpose.
What It’s Like to Learn with Me
My teaching style is direct yet compassionate. You’ll feel supported, seen, and gently guided to make real, lasting change. Each lesson is designed to be practical, digestible, and deeply reflective—so you can apply what you learn right away.
This is not therapy—it’s a psychoeducational journey designed to help you understand your experiences through a trauma-informed lens, so you can heal and thrive with clarity and confidence.
It is also a wonderful adjunctive therapy to your regularly scheduled therapy sessions.
